ARTWORK

All artwork offered by The Bay Atelier is handmade and one of a kind. Because natural seashells are used, variations in shape, texture, color, size, and other natural characteristics are expected and are part of the individual character of each piece.

We make every effort to photograph and describe our artwork accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or product availability issue.

RETURNS & DAMAGE

Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped according to the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
