RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each piece from The Bay Atelier is handmade and one of a kind. Due to the unique nature of our artwork, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We take great care in packaging each piece for shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please note that because natural seashells are used in our artwork, variations in shape, texture, color, and other natural characteristics are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.
