Each piece from The Bay Atelier is carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Because our artwork is delicate, please inspect your package upon arrival. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and work to determine an appropriate resolution.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Bay Atelier is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
